Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on work days, from Monday to Friday. An order might take up to two days before getting shipped with the tracking number’s notification. If you order Fridays, your order will be shipped the following Monday. We will notify you if it takes longer.

In-store pickup

Come and pickup your order in store! 1-2 work days delay. We will notify you if it takes longer.

Free Shipping Policy & Exclusions

We offer free shipping in Canada for 149$ orders and up. This minimum amount can change at any time without notice.

Oversized items might have additional shipping fees and are therefore excluded from the Free Shipping Policy. Here’s the oversized items’ list:

• Skis;
• Bikes;
• Bike racks;
• Tailgate pads;
• Bikes and skis’ transport bags;
• Oversized Cleaning liquids;
• Any other items we consider oversized.

This list can change at any time without notice.

If additional fees should be added to your order, we will notify you before we start preparing the order. If we do not have any news from you in the next 48hrs, we will cancel your order and refund you.

Bikes

It is impossible for us to ship assembled bikes for warranty reasons.

International Delivery

Genetik offers international deliveries via Canada Post to a certain number of countries. Due to business contracts with dealers, we might not be able to ship some items outside of Canada. If it is the case for your order we will cancel and refund the order.

Estimate dates and customs fees

It can take from 5 to 21 days to ship outside of Canada. Occasionally, a delivery can be held by customs. Genetik is not responsible for customs fees, losses or mishandling during transport.
