When we launched the DMR Deathgrip all those years ago, even we weren’t ready for the success that followed. Working with Brendan Fairclough and Olly Wilkins, we set out to create the best mountain bike grip on the market, and we definitely delivered. The Deathgrip changed the game.

What makes Deathgrips so good?
The DMR Deathgrip features the grip pattern and layout that inspired a whole generation of mountain bike grips – it starts with a soft mushroom section for comfort in the thumb and forefinger area, preventing blisters in a soft-tissue zone. Next, the grip pattern features diamond knurl for grip in all conditions and all terrains – and the waffle layout underside holds your fingers in the perfect position for grip and control. A tapered core means the Deathgrip is firmly mounted onto your handlebars with ease and the use of just one lockring keeps things simple and tight. The krayton rubber grip compounds we use are soft and comfortable, yet durable and lightweight. Select thin or thick diameters, and with or without flanges – the choice is yours.
